Conveyancing Fee Earner (Unqualified) –

Location:

St. Helens, Merseyside. Salary: £30,000 - £45,000. Department:
Residential Conveyancing.

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Prepare and review contract packs, undertake title checks, raise and respond to enquiries, and oversee exchange, completion and post-completion work.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
• Work in line with AML, SRA and lender requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
• Keep detailed file notes and make full use of our case management system to support a streamlined workflow.

• You re the ideal candidate if you bring:
• 5+ years  experience in residential conveyancing - managing or assisting with a caseload.
• Solid knowledge of the end-to-end conveyancing process and associated documents.
• CQS registration/completion.
• Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Confidence in client-facing work, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a supportive team structure.

• While not essential, experienced dealing with leasehold, new build, or shared ownership transactions.
• Familiarity with Land Registry portals, LMS, Lender Exchange, and modern case management systems.
