This is a rare opportunity to join a Tier 1 Legal 500 Private Client team in Warwickshire as an Associate Partner or Legal Director.

• Technically strong Private Client Solicitor
• Significant experience in Tax & Trusts work
• Broad general Private Client experience
• Demonstrable experience handling complex, high-value matters
• Background from a Legal 500 or strong regional firm
• Confident working with HNW and UHNW individuals
• Ambitious and motivated to build their profile within a leading team
• STEP qualification (Desired)

• Handling predominantly Tax & Trusts matters for HNW/UHNW clients
• Managing and developing an established caseload
• Delivering technically excellent advice in complex estate planning structures
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers (depending on experience)
• Contributing to the wider growth and strategic direction of the team

Targets are team-based, with a strong emphasis on quality over volume. The focus is on delivering outstanding work and maintaining strong client relationships, not churning files.
