Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering Support lawyers in marketing and BD activities Assist lawyers in the billing process German Speaking Legal PA –
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in written and spoken German, as well as English Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience Ideally have some experience of BD / Marketing within a PA / Secretary role Fast, accurate typing skills Highly skilled on all MS Office applications Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
