If so, my client is looking to add an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics professional to lead their UK logistics operations, drive service performance and deliver cost‑efficient solutions across our sites.

• Salary – Negotiable depending on experience
• Monday–Friday (Earlier finish on a Friday)

• Lead UK supply chain operations and deliver agreed KPIs
• Drive cost reduction and sourcing improvement from day one
• Optimise routes, driver performance and fleet utilisation
• Manage procurement, stock and logistics through SAP and other systems
• Oversee stock across multiple UK locations
• Negotiate with suppliers and carriers to improve service and costs
• Manage building, warehouse and transport costs
• Ensure full QHSE compliance and a safety‑first culture
• Lead, develop and motivate logistics teams
• Use data, Excel, Power BI and analytics to improve performance

• Proven experience in supply chain & logistics management
• Strong background in fleet, driver and logistics optimisation
• Successful record of delivering cost savings and sourcing improvements
• Skilled negotiator with supplier and carrier contracts
• Confident using SAP, Excel and supply chain systems
• Strong leadership and team‑development ability
• QHSE awareness and commitment to safety
