Futures is seeking a Fulfilment and Operations Manager to own the end-to-end order journey for major B2B and own-label customers. You will oversee from order confirmation through stock allocation, production, packing, shipping and delivery while coordinating Sales, Planning, Warehouse, Production and Logistics teams.
This role is office-based and requires strong organisational skills, proactive issue resolution, and experience with order-management systems and reporting tools.
