ResponsibilitiesContracts and Documentation
- Prepare and manage sales/purchase contracts and invoices.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading, L/Cs).
Shipment Coordination
- Oversee shipment logistics and liaise with clients, suppliers, and shipping lines.
- Manage delivery schedules and freight quotes.
Financial Operations
- Handle payment methods: L/Cs, Bills of Exchange, D/P, TT, and Open Accounts.
- Open, amend, and negotiate L/Cs; liaise with banks for payment and financing.
Certifications and Inspections
- Issue Certificates of Insurance, Origin, and EUR.
1. - Coordinate inspections at loading/discharge ports.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Update shipping schedules, freight rates, and booking systems.
- Conduct profit and loss calculations and track contract status.
