About the Role
We're recruiting a Supply Chain Administrator to support a busy logistics operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration and IT skills who enjoys working with data, coordinating deliveries, and communicating with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

Update supply chain systems with delivery information and changes.
Monitor inbound deliveries and maintain accurate records.
Manage transport bookings and delivery schedules.
Communicate updates across departments.
Investigate and resolve delivery or service issues.
Track vehicle movements and service performance.
Produce reports and analyse operational data.
Liaise with transport providers and warehouse teams.
Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time.
Follow company policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience
Essential

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Good analytical and numerical ability.
Excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Strong organisation and time management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Experience in supply chain, logistics, transport or warehouse administration.
Knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
Understanding of supply chain processes.
Experience producing reports and analysing data.
