Hours: Rotating shifts, 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
Pay: 14.00 per hour (paid breaks)
Contract: Temp to Perm

About the RoleWe're recruiting a Supply Chain Administrator to support a busy logistics operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration and IT skills who enjoys working with data, coordinating deliveries, and communicating with different teams.
Key Responsibilities- Update supply chain systems with delivery information and changes.
- Monitor inbound deliveries and maintain accurate records.
- Manage transport bookings and delivery schedules.
- Communicate updates across departments.
- Investigate and resolve delivery or service issues.
- Track vehicle movements and service performance.
- Produce reports and analyse operational data.
- Liaise with transport providers and warehouse teams.
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good analytical and numerical ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organisation and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, transport or warehouse administration.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
- Understanding of supply chain processes.
- Experience producing reports and analysing data.
A proactive and organised individual who can manage data, solve problems, and support day-to-day supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment.
