Days of Working:
Variable shifts dependent upon business needs – 20:30 p.m. and 06:00 a.m.

As Train Cleaning Supervisor, you will ensure that cleaning staff perform their duties efficiently, maintain high cleanliness standards, and contribute to a safe and hygienic environment.

• Supervising a small team of train cleaning operatives.
• Conducting cleaning audits on a nightly basis to ensure that standards are maintained.
• Ensuring the interior of trains is cleaned to the required specification, in accordance with Health and Safety compliance.
• Carrying out delegated cleaning tasks in accordance with agreed procedures, which includes litter picking, removing unauthorised stickers, cleaning and replenishing toilets, and ensuring all surfaces are free from any obvious marks, staining and smearing.

• You must have Right to Work in the UK.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as be flexible with working hours and days.
• Excellent communication skills.
