Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, contributing to the overall appearance and safety of our facilities.

• Clean and sanitise designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Restock cleaning supplies and materials as needed
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and scrubbers effectively
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
• Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet cleaning requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
• Valid driving licence is advantageous for roles involving travel between sites
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication
• Excellent customer service skills to interact politely with clients and staff
• Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently within the team
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
• Driving Licence preferred but not essential
• DBS Check to be undertaken
• Min age 25 yrs due to insurances for Chemical handling and Key holding

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£14.62 per hour
