Our client, a well-established accident repair group in Liverpool, is currently looking to recruit a skilled MET Technician to join their dedicated team.

• Competitive hourly rate of £20, with additional bonus rates for senior accredited MET Technicians
• OTE exceeding £54,000 per annum

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and mechanical repairs across a diverse range of vehicles
• Identify and rectify electrical and mechanical faults using advanced diagnostic software and equipment
• Assemble and dismantle vehicle components, including engines, gearboxes, interior and exterior trims, and suspension systems
• Perform wheel alignments, suspension setups, and vehicle geometry adjustments to manufacturer standards
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
• Stay updated with technological advancements through ongoing training and professional development

• Proven experience as an MET Technician within an accident repair centre or automotive workshop environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical and mechanical systems
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive troubleshooting approach
• Relevant automotive repair qualifications; ATA certification is highly desirable
