Cleaner (Social Housing) - Liverpool
16.70 per hour (PAYE Umbrella) 39 Hours per Week Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued social housing client for an experienced Cleaner to join their team in Liverpool
.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across a range of residential buildings, ensuring safe and hygienic environments for tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning of communal areas including hallways, stairwells, and shared facilities
- Working across multiple sites/buildings
- General cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
- Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards
- Previous experience as a Cleaner is essential
- Full UK driving licence required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Competitive pay rate of 16.70 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
- 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
