CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an on‑site maintenance technician to respond to breakdowns and carry out routine building services across a commercial site in the UK. You will perform joinery, carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical tasks to a high standard and manage weekly and monthly PPMs.
You will liaise with sub‑contractors, monitor environmental conditions and critical equipment, determine root causes and actions to restore availability, and maintain accurate site logs in line
