WINTER GRITTING OPERATIVES REQUIRED - NIGHTS

Join Our Winter Maintenance Team. Working lates/nights.

Seasonal contract:
October - March. Rate: £20ph CIS, hours up to 12 hours (to be confirmed). Daily weather monitoring and callouts when temperatures fall below 7°C. Notification issued from 1pm each day. Operations commence after 3pm when required. Team sizes typically range from 4-7 operatives. Additional standby operatives required to cover holidays and absences.

About the Role

Help keep key sites safe and operational during periods of frost and icy conditions. You'll be working across a variety of locations, including healthcare facilities, rail stations, and large commercial and logistics sites. The operation will run for 7 days per week, but we do not expect individuals to work continuously across all 7 days. A rota system will likely be implemented, such as 4 days on and 4 days off, although this is still to be confirmed.
