Job Introduction
Job title: Cleaning Assistant
The role:
- The cleaning assistant will be a key member of the team, assisting in the delivery of an effective cleaning service, whilst ensuring all work is undertaken in a safe manner.
- Applicants must have previous cleaning experience, with an understanding of COSHH and experience in the safe use of electrical equipment.
- The successful applicant should be prepared to undertake any necessary training to continuously improve their skills for the role of a cleaning assistant.
- Hours of work are 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, based at the Cunard Building; allowances will be paid where applicable.
- At least 27 days holiday, plus bank holidays rising to 32 after 5 years’ service (pro rata if part time) – option to purchase further days.
