Student Roost is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team in Liverpool. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, five days out of seven, with shifts between 8am and 8pm. You will ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality maintenance across properties.
You will manage on-site caretakers, coordinate with Operations Managers and Estates, and drive such projects to completion while upskilling the team to reduce external reliance.
