Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks across our building.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and site management.
• Complete basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unblocking sinks, and replacing taps.
• Undertake minor electrical maintenance such as changing light fittings and bulbs (where competent and authorised).
