Days and Nights -  Casual Environmental Services Operative We are recruiting for a reliable, enthusiastic individual to join our team on a casual basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for flexible work and enjoys being part of a team. Our casual contract offers flexibility through a minimum contract of 8 hours per week. Having the flexibility to work between 8 hours and full time as the business  part of the Team Behind One of the UK's Most Iconic Destinations.

Liverpool ONE never sleeps — and neither does the team that keeps it looking its absolute best. As an Environmental Services Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring Liverpool ONE remains clean, presentable and operational at all times. Working across the estate, you will support high standards of cleanliness, waste management and public safety in both indoor, outdoor and underground areas.

Due to cleaning machinery used a Cat B driving licence is also essential to the role.

Key Responsibilities Carry out cleaning duties across the estate including malls, public areas, toilets, external walkways and back of house areas

Sweep, mop, pressure wash and maintain external spaces across the 48-acre site Collect, segregate and dispose of waste and recycling safely and efficiently

Operate waste compactors and support waste management procedures

Respond promptly to spillages, hazards and emergency cleaning requests

Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored correctly

Support the team in maintaining health & safety standards across the estate

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with visitors, retailers and contractors

Patrol designated areas to identify cleanliness or safety concerns

Good awareness of health & safety practices

Reliable, punctual and flexible with working hours

Previous cleaning, environmental services or waste management experience is essential

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
