We're looking for a proactive and motivated Cleaning Site Supervisor to join our Operations Team, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality cleaning and soft facilities management services across our operational areas. You'll help ensure safe, hygienic and welcoming environments for customers and clients while driving excellent service standards and operational performance.

Leading and motivating a team of operatives and contractors, you'll ensure the effective delivery of cleaning and soft FM services across domestic, communal and commercial sites, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, compliance and service quality throughout.

This role will be based at our Stonebridge (Liverpool) office, with regular travel across our operational areas as required.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead and motivate a team of operatives and subcontractors to deliver high-quality cleaning and soft FM services.
  • Plan and coordinate cleaning, specialist cleaning, waste management, caretaking and building safety activities across multiple sites.
  • Monitor performance, carry out inspections and drive continuous improvement to achieve service and contract targets.
  • Manage workloads, resources and schedules to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records, contract administration and performance reporting using IT systems.
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and safe working practices.
  • Support employee performance through coaching, training, attendance management and employee relations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders, resolving enquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Identify and implement service improvements to enhance operational and commercial performance.
  • Participate in out-of-hours support arrangements and undertake cleaning and specialist cleaning duties as required to support operational and business needs.
What we're looking for:
  • ONC/NVQ Level 3 in Cleaning Services Supervision (or equivalent).
  • Proven supervisory or management experience leading operational teams within a cleaning, facilities management or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning and soft FM services.
  • Good understanding of site health and safety requirements and maintenance contracts.
  • Experience managing service performance and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Good IT skills and experience using systems to support service delivery and reporting.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Candidates will be invited to attend an in-person interview at our HMS Stonebridge Office, week commencing 19th October 2026. The interview will consist of competency-based questions designed to assess your experience and suitability for the role.
