What You’ll Do
  • Lead & Develop:
    Run 1:1s, coach your team, and build a high-performing group of project professionals.
  • Drive Governance:
    Ensure clarity, compliance, and quality across projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Collaborate at Scale:
    Engage with senior stakeholders, technical leads, and heads of department to align priorities.
  • Champion Best Practice:
    Partner with data protection, security, and audit teams to maintain robust controls.
  • Own the

    Roadmap:

    Shape the project department’s strategy and publish regular updates on progress.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Review and refine project documentation before it reaches senior leadership.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Manage time tracking and reporting for the team, ensuring efficiency and transparency.

  • Deep knowledge of insurance processes and experience in large‑scale organisations.
  • Proven project management expertise and ability to handle complex stakeholder relationships.

  • Strong understanding and effective implementation of project methodologies to facilitate delivery.
  • A proven proficiency in project management tools.
