BUILDING MANAGER – LIVERPOOL – £35K
Join One Property Recruitment to apply for the Building Manager role in Liverpool.

Salary & Benefits- £35,000 salary
- 9-5 Monday to Friday

- Manage day-to-day building operations, ensuring it is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times.
- Oversee maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors and service providers as needed.
- Carry out regular inspections of communal areas, plant rooms, and safety systems.
- Respond promptly to residents’ queries, maintenance issues, and emergencies.
- Support move-ins/move-outs and assist with access for deliveries or tradespeople.
- Monitor budgets and report on building-related expenses where required.
- 2+ years building management experience
- Meticulous organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
