What You’ll Need

Registered Nurse qualification with an active UK NMC PIN.

Proven experience as a Registered Nursing Home Manager.

Experience managing large nursing homes.

Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and inspection processes.

Confidence with budgets, financial planning, and occupancy management.
