Human Resource Assistant

Raymour & Flanigan, a billion dollar furniture retailer based in Liverpool, NY, is currently seeking an entry-level Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This exciting opportunity requires an enthusiastic, passionate and service-oriented individual. This position requires accurate and thorough work in a fast paced environment.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments and outside vendors
• Discretion with sensitive, confidential information
• Receive and field all incoming phone calls to the HR Department
• Professional communication skills
• Answer general HR questions and respond timely to all inquiries
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports and mailings

• 1-2 years' experience in a professional environment
• Associates degree in related field preferred
