My client is at the beginning of a major 3‑year public‑sector transformation programme and is looking for a Programme Manager to join at the start and help shape everything from day one.
This is an incredible opportunity to be part of the foundation of a large‑scale, high‑impact digital transformation, working closely with experienced leaders and a blended delivery team.
Joining at the very start means:- ✅ You help shape the direction of multiple discovery work streams
- ✅You influence processes, structure, governance and delivery rhythm
- ✅You build the initial relationships with senior stakeholders
- ✅You get to embed best practices from day one
- ➡️ Coordinating multi‑million‑pound programme activity
- ➡️Supporting a blended client/consultancy team
- ➡️Working closely with a Programme Lead and engagement leadership
- ✔️ Strong understanding of the GDS lifecycle
- ✔️Proactive, structured, organised delivery style
- ✔️SC‑clearable (must have lived in the UK 5+ years)
Hybrid – Liverpool (3 days/week initially)
Occasional travel to London
