Our construction client is currently recruiting for an experienced Street Lighting Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality street lighting services across Liverpool and the surrounding areas.

As a Street Lighting Supervisor, you will take full responsibility for supervising site activities and resources, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, productivity, and performance while contributing to long-term service quality and client satisfaction.

• Supervise street lighting works on-site, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Plan, programme, and support delivery of works, including input into annual programmes and budgets
• Lead, motivate, and manage teams of operatives to achieve high performance and a positive site culture
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
• Monitor costs, productivity, and commercial performance, including P&L awareness
• Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and all relevant legislation

• Proven experience supervising Street Lighting projects (term service contracts desirable)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating site teams
• Results‑driven with a track record of on‑time, on‑budget delivery
• Experience with programming, scheduling, and budget input
• Commercial awareness with understanding of cost control and P&L
• Knowledge of NEC Contracts (desirable)
• Strong understanding of health & safety legislation, including CDM 2015
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good IT skills

• CSCS Card and CITB SMSTS
• Full UK Driving Licence
