Rehab Management is expanding our leadership team across Western Sydney to meet growing demand. This is your opportunity to join a nationally recognized provider and make a real impact—both for your team and the clients we serve. You’ll work alongside four experienced leaders based in Liverpool, Penrith, and Parramatta, collaborating to deliver exceptional outcomes for some of Australia’s largest insurers, government departments, and agencies including the Department of Veteran Affairs.
About You
- General AHPRA or registration with ASORC
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- At least two + years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
- Collaborative, positive, and committed to high standards of care

The role
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 3-4 Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors & Social Workers providing guidance and support while carrying your own case load.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.
- Building and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
