Financial Director

We are investing to expand market share, broaden services, enter new geographies and accelerate digital transformation creating the need for a Finance Director who can operate strategically and work with the Executive team.

This is a high-impact executive role, extending well beyond financial stewardship. As Finance Director, you will shape strategy, enable growth and build the financial platform required to scale. The role is expected to grow in influence and scope as the business evolves.

• Work with the Executive team on medium- and long-term strategy.
• Drive commercial insight and data-led decision-making across the firm.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management aligned to growth.
• Translate operational KPIs into clear financial intelligence.
• Play a central role in transformation, systems implementation and scalability.
• Support expansion into new services, markets and delivery models.
• Ensure strong governance, controls and risk management.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance function with succession in mind.

• Senior finance leader (FD or equivalent) from an SME or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience supporting growth, scale and change.
• Commercially astute with strong operational understanding.
• Credible, emotionally intelligent and effective at Executive and Board level.
• Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Demonstrate the right leadership, commercial insight and growth experience.
