We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager for our outstanding Liverpool nursing home. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

• Preferably hold an NMC Pin, although not mandatory.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a nursing home setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
