Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be assisting our client, a leading multi-disciplinary Built Environment consultancy, in the appointment of a Salaried Partner – Building Surveying for their Liverpool office.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious MRICS Building Surveyor to lead and grow an established team, supported by a strong regional and national platform.

The Role You will take strategic responsibility for the Liverpool Building Surveying function, driving growth, developing key client relationships and shaping the future direction of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing the Building Surveying team

Business development and client relationship management

Preparing and executing a clear business growth plan

Financial forecasting and team performance oversight

Hands-on delivery of building surveying instructions

Technical reviews and quality assurance

Mentoring and developing junior team members

Project sectors include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial, defence and insurance work.

About You MRICS qualified

Strong consultancy experience within the North West market

Demonstrable track record in winning work and growing client accounts

Commercially astute with experience developing business plans

Experienced in leading and mentoring teams

Excellent technical building surveying knowledge

Strong communication and client-facing skills

You will be a driven, personable leader with the ambition to grow a team and further strengthen a well-established office.
