Réalis is seeking to recruit an Associate Director to join our Cost Management team in Liverpool. This key leadership role supports the delivery of high‑profile, high‑value projects across a range of sectors, offering the opportunity to shape commercial strategy and drive exceptional project outcomes.
- Lead major programmes, frameworks, and key client accounts
- Provide strategic commercial oversight and assurance across projects
- Oversee governance, risk management, and commercial compliance in line with OCRA processes
- Deliver senior commercial advice on high‑value and complex projects
- Drive business development initiatives and support regional growth plans
- Lead team development, including talent management and succession planning
- Support recruitment, people development, and performance management
- Manage fee proposals, forecasting, and financial performance
- Represent Atkins
Réalis at senior client meetings, industry forums and networking events
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Member of the RICS (or equivalent professional body)
- Significant experience in a senior cost management or commercial role
- Proven track record of leading large, complex projects or programmes
- Strong commercial, contractual and strategic expertise
- Experience managing client relationships and supporting business growth
- Confident leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

This role may require security clearance. Offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance.
