Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Liverpool for a Group Aftersales Manager. The Group Aftersales Manager will oversee the aftersales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-purchase support. Responsibilities include managing customer service strategies, implementing efficient aftersales processes, analyzing performance data, and driving sales opportunities within the service department. The role requires leadership in coordinating teams and fostering a customer-focused culture across aftersales services.
Qualifications- Strong experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service management
- Proven expertise in Aftersales and driving Customer Retention
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and improve operations
- Proficiency in Sales within an automotive or similar industry environment
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Automotive Management, or a related field preferred
