The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the business and will be expected to lead from the front both commercially and culturally. The Role As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing local market share and building a high-performing team capable of delivering long-term success. This is a highly commercial role requiring someone who can simultaneously:
Generate new landlord instructions consistently Build long-term relationships with landlords, investors and local contacts Grow revenue and market share across Chiswick and West London Increase managed portfolio penetration Recruit, train and develop future team members Deliver consistent monthly deal flow Operate with urgency, structure and commercial intelligence
