Corporate Account Executive
Location:
Liverpool City Centre
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Fully Office Based)
Compensation:
Base salary + bonus opportunities
We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Account Executive to join a growing and fast‑paced financial services and wealth management company based in Liverpool City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a degree in finance-related subjects, or a background in customer service, sales, or administration who enjoys a varied, client‑facing role.
You'll work closely with Corporate Account Managers to support the delivery of financial education programmes to public sector clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Support Corporate Account Managers in maintaining and developing client relationships
- Coordinate and schedule seminars, managing logistics and Financial Coach diaries
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries via phone and email
Ensure all seminar delegates receive accurate and timely information - Maintain and update internal systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Monitor seminar feedback and take appropriate follow-up actions
- Assist with identifying opportunities to grow client engagement and service delivery
- Produce reports and data for internal and external use
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure accuracy of client information
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working in a target-driven environment
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of financial services or workplace financial education
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Structured Monday-Friday working hours (no weekends!)
