Your Role As Nursing Home Manager, you will:
Turn the service around and build a strong culture Drive occupancy and maintain strong commercial performance Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards Deliver outstanding, person-centred care Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders

About You Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager (essential) Strong commercial awareness with a track record of increasing occupancy History of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings Stable career history with strong tenure Clinical qualification (desirable)
