Event Manager- North West

Responsibilities

• To oversee the daily running of all operations at the event, including but not limited to football clubs.
• Management of Stewarding, Traffic Management, SIA Security, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation & Event Parking Operations.
• Developing our team of supervisors and overall teams at each event.
• Working very closely with our recruitment, staffing and training teams to ensure the right number and calibre of staff are deployed at each venue.
• Implementing operational plans and risk assessments.
• Providing payroll data to the office team post event.
• Completion of post event debrief.
• Due to our expansion, we are looking for outstanding Event Day Manager s, with a proven track record, to join our current events team. This post would be Midlands-based from our head office in Coventry; however travel to events across the UK would be required, especially to Burnley, Liverpool, Manchester, Wigan. The ideal candidate must be very hands-on and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.

• 5 years of experience working in the events industry.
• Experience of working in the traffic management in the events industry.
• Ability to communicate with clients up to Safety Officer/Event Manager level.
• World class organisation and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent management and development skills.
• Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships and a collaborative working environment.
• L4 in Spectator Safety would be an advantage.
