As Head of Business Relationship Management, you will be pivotal in building and maintaining meaningful organisational relationships. You will operate at a strategic level to ensure that our digital and data investments align with business goals, adding measurable value across the organisation. You will manage complex stakeholder landscapes, lead and develop a team of relationship managers, and champion a culture of collaboration and user focus.
KeyAccountabilities
- Lead and guide team members, manage performance to ensure a high‑performing team, and support staff development through regular feedback.
- Establish and maintain meaningful organisational relationships to ensure digital and data investments add tangible value.
- Manage complex stakeholder needs and expectations, ensuring competing priorities are balanced to meet organisational outcomes.
- Provide visionary leadership to a team of relationship managers, fostering their professional development, performance, and career progression.
- Collaborate across the organisation and wider government to ensure digital products and services directly support business ambitions.
- Influence organisational priorities by interpreting business needs and translating them into robust digital and data strategies.
- Help the organisation move to a digital product way of working that focuses on delivering outcomes for customers.
- Extensive experience managing complex stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage teams of relationship managers, overseeing development and performance.
- Expertise in strategic thinking and business analysis, with a track record of ensuring digital investments add value.
- Strong ability to influence organisational strategy and align digital delivery with business ambitions.
- Committed to user‑focused principles and maintaining high standards in digital and data service delivery.
