Practicus is seeking an EMEA Transformation Process Manager based in Surrey, with four days in the office. You will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to improve performance, strengthen end-to-end processes, and enable growth across EMEA.
Sitting in the EMEA leadership team, you will partner with senior stakeholders across geographies, coach a four-person team, and drive governance, metrics, and automation, including AI, to realise lasting value.
