Deputy MD

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Managing Director to work alongside the Managing Director and help lead the next phase of growth in this Liverpool city centre based role.

This is a key executive leadership role with responsibility for driving business performance, delivering strategic priorities and leading operational excellence across the organisation. You will oversee multiple business functions, lead transformational change and ensure the business continues to grow in a profitable and sustainable way.

As Deputy MD you will be a commercially minded leader with a proven track record of delivering results, developing high-performing teams and turning strategy into action having led senior teams across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Director to deliver company strategy and business goals.
• Lead performance across Operations, Commercial, IT and support functions.
• Drive operational excellence, efficiency and profitability.
