Regional Manager

Role Purpose

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Regional Manager to lead our Scotland region.

As a Regional Manager at Matalan, you will be responsible for leading multiple stores across Scotland, implementing the business strategy, and motivating and inspiring your teams to drive profitable sales and industry-leading colleague engagement. Your role will combine strategic planning and cross-functional stakeholder management with hands-on retail operational leadership, ensuring every store delivers an exceptional experience for both customers and colleagues.

• Lead, coach, and inspire store management teams across 30 stores to exceed business goals and deliver excellent customer omni-channel experience. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee operations across multiple store locations managing full P&L responsibility for your region. Ensuring high-quality execution of Matalans policies, procedures and standards whilst remaining agile to business challenges.
