Knowsley Council is seeking an experienced and technically skilled Business Rates Team Manager to lead the delivery of the NNDR service in the council. You will manage daily operations, oversee billing and collection, and provide expert guidance on legislation and case law to ensure compliant and efficient revenue collection.
You will lead a team of officers, oversee liability decisions, reliefs and exemptions, and work closely with VOA, ratepayers and agents.
