JLL is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple PFI contracts across a designated geographic region. You will manage hard and soft facilities services, ensure contract compliance, and lead site-based facilities teams to deliver performance and value.
Travel across the regional portfolio is required, with regular liaison with authorities, lenders, and SPV boards. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder management are essential.
