We Buy Vintage is seeking a hands-on Regional Training Manager to deliver training across roadshows and operational sites. You will coach teams, identify development needs and partner with the Training & Development group to raise performance.
The role requires regular travel between We Buy Vintage locations, delivering engaging sessions and building strong relationships with managers. You’ll shape learning content, monitor completion, and drive KPIs while promoting LMS and e-learning.
