Welcome Break is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Starbucks DT site at Membury Eastbound M4. This full-time role involves helping lead the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every customer enjoys a warm welcome and a great experience.
You will support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and commercial performance, coaching on shift, helping with stock and routines, and keeping the unit clean and ready for busy periods. Training will help you grow toward Store Manager.
