Metal Finishing Operative – Anodising
Location:
Uxbridge (own transport required) | Salary: £29,000 + overtime.
Hours:
Mon–Fri 8am–5pm (early finish Fridays). Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 9% pension, free parking.

The Role- Manual and automated metal finishing
- Anodising, passivation, masking, and jigging
- Inspect components to aerospace standards
- Safely handle process chemicals and equipment
- Work to strict quality and safety standards
- Proven metal finishing experience (anodising essential)
- Background in engineering, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced team
