A leading logistics company seeks a dynamic Lean Specialist to lead Lean culture across its operations. This full-time role focuses on driving strategic initiatives and fostering continuous improvement. Remuneration includes a salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits like a company car or allowance. Ideal candidates will have experience in implementing Lean, excellent communication skills, and preferably Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

A flexible day shift from Monday to Friday is required, with some travel to other sites.
