Competitive. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a shift-based manufacturing team.

The successful candidate will ensure safe, controlled operations, maintain high-quality standards, and allocate work effectively to achieve efficient production performance.

• Lead and supervise production staff to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Work safely and in a controlled manner, enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Take a proactive approach to maintaining and improving product quality.
• Allocate work appropriately based on individual skill, knowledge, and capability to ensure efficient service and optimal use of resources.
• Coach, train and develop team members; manage performance and provide clear feedback.

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to working safely and promoting a safety-first culture.
• Ability to allocate tasks and balance workloads according to team members' skills, knowledge and capabilities.
• Good leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong communication, organisational and decision‑making skills.
• Basic IT literacy for production reporting and shift documentation.
