Do you have experience leading furnace operations, improving efficiencies and driving quality standards within a heavy manufacturing or castings environment?

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Melting Manager to take full responsibility for melting operations, leading a skilled team while driving quality, efficiency and continuous improvement across the department.

The Role:

Lead and manage all melting department activities across cupola and electric furnace operations Plan, organise and oversee furnace charging and melting activities to meet production requirements Ensure all metal produced meets required grade specifications and quality standards Authorise release of melts in line with Atas profiles and operating specifications Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste and optimise output quality Monitor and control departmental costs including labour and overtime

The Person :
