Job Description

To support the smooth running of warehouse and supply chain operations by ensuring materials are handled, stored and moved safely and accurately. This role plays an important part in helping the wider team and business operate effectively.

  • Carry out warehouse, dispensary and shipping activities in line with approved Supply Chain processes.
  • The weighing of raw materials ready for use in production
  • Loading and offloading of tankers (full training will be provided for this)
  • Receive, check, handle and store materials, ensuring they are in acceptable condition and accurately recorded in the relevant systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities using the appropriate tools and systems (e.g., scanners, computers and documentation).
  • Follow established procedures and report any issues, discrepancies or deviations through the appropriate channels.
  • Support stock control activities, including stock counting and investigations where required.
  • Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment, including adherence to 5S practices and company Health and Safety procedure
  • Due to the nature of the role, we will require someone with an FLT licence. If yours is out of date, we will provide a refresher course on site.
Additional Information

This role will be based on our site in Speke, Liverpool.

Normal hours of work will be 15:45 to 23:45 Monday to Thursday, inclusive, and 15:00 to 20:30 Friday.
