They are both with a highly profitable food business in South-West England - one that knows what good looks like, promotes from within and invests in its people and its premises. You would get to suggest and deliver on operational improvements, as well as improve the capabilities of your teams with structured development and by fostering a collaborative working culture.
Compensation and BenefitsThere is a Monday to Friday 0600 - 1400, 1400 - 2200 role at £53K, with over £10K of extras in the package. There is also a Sunday to Thursday nights role (8hr shifts, finishes 6AM Friday morning) at £56K with the same package on top.
Responsibilities- Suggest and deliver operational improvements.
- Improve team capabilities through structured development.
- Foster a collaborative working culture.
- Accomplished at the Shift Production Manager level in the UK food manufacturing industry.
- Proven record of delivering operational improvements for UK food manufacturers.
- Strong understanding of best practices in the UK food manufacturing industry.
