We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering business operating within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Speke, Liverpool. They are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join their team.

• Setting and operating fixed-head CNC lathes to produce precision-engineered components
• Operating Fanuc-controlled CNC machines to tight tolerances and strict quality standards
• Carrying out machine setups, tool changes, in-process inspections, and routine maintenance checks
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and production specifications accurately
• Maintaining excellent health, safety, and cleanliness standards within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Working efficiently to achieve production targets while ensuring consistency and component quality

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator — essential
• Fanuc control experience — essential
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Experience in a regulated, quality-focused manufacturing environment advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and H&S compliance
• Reliable, consistent, and able to meet production targets
